The Wa no Kurashi series features gentle, nostalgic embroidery inspired by everyday Japanese life. Each design adds a subtle warmth to daily routines, making this cloth both practical and comforting to use. Originally, kayo cloths were created by factory workers who repurposed leftover fabric from mosquito net productions, stitching layers together to avoid waste. This thoughtful craftsmanship remains at the heart of the product today. When new, the cloth is starched and feels firm. After rinsing with lukewarm or cold water, the starch washes away, and the fabric softens noticeably. It becomes fluffy, flexible, highly absorbent―absorbing about 1.3 times more water than cotton―quickly-drying, and durable. Perfect for daily use in the kitchen or around the home, it can be reused again and again. As it softens over time, it can be repurposed as a cleaning cloth, extending its life even further.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"stationery11","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":47584564510877,"sku":"stationery11","price":10.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0710\/4528\/3997\/files\/DSC00655.jpg?v=1769058513","url":"https:\/\/muto.shop\/products\/stationery11","provider":"MUTO","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
