Original Blended Hōjicha

This hōjicha is made from a blend of kukisencha (stem green tea) grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

They roast it carefully in small batches using their in-house tea roaster.
Stems naturally carry nutrients, which gives them a gentle sweetness. Even after roasting, that sweetness remains—giving the tea a flavor unique to stems.

It features a bold, freshly roasted aroma balanced by a soft, mellow sweetness—a richly nuanced hōjicha that is both comforting and expressive.

How to Brew?

• Hot brew
Use 5g of tea per 150ml of boiling water (100°C). Steep for 30 seconds.
For the second infusion, use boiling water again and steep briefly (no wait time).
For the third infusion, steep for 1 minute with boiling water.

• Cold brew
Use about 6g of tea for 500ml of water. Steep slowly overnight in the refrigerator.
